We begin with me learning more about you. Your goals, health challenges and daily routine. Based on this, I'll tailor your entire program and start your empowering coaching process.

Step 2: You’ll implement small daily, yet impactful habits.

Together, we'll establish and cultivate healthy habits in all areas of your life, encompassing sleep, stress management, physical activity, and mindfulness. These habits will equip you to feel more serene, self-assured, and ready to tackle each day, regardless of life's unexpected challenges.

Step 3: You’ll incorporate easy-to-follow routines with daily responsibility.

Each day, you’ll incorporate tailored lifestyle practices, specifically designed to help you achieve the results you desire. New and beneficial habits evolve into sustainable change.

Step 4: Individualised coaching with in-depth tracking.

After developing your unique weight management plan, we will check in once a fortnight over 6 months. This way we check and monitor your progress, address any barriers and tweak your program where needed. You’ll comprehensively track everything from your measurements to your adherence, allowing you to clearly see the extent of your progress.
